Shamanic counseling is on-going, regular meeting with me for people who want to dive deeply into their spirituality. How can I get started working with you?
Please email me a request and, if possible, a brief description of the why you are seeking shamanic healing. It’s not necessary to fully define the problem - it's enough just to know that you need transformation. Spirit will guide the way.
What does a shamanic counseling session look like?
Each session is different according your individual needs. In general, we begin sitting up with a discussion about the challenges and successes since the last session followed by a gentle energy clearing and body-centered meditation. After this, spirit takes the reins, weaving a dance between spiritual guidance, shamanic journey and body-centered wisdom possibly in a prone position. This time with spirit gently unpacks energy blocks, reveals cord mechanisms and increases your capacity for awareness, insight, acceptance, and new perspective. We discuss the learnings of this experience in the context of regular life and any ‘homework’ that would support the full integration of these changes.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the particular issue and the extent of the your participation in the integration process. Certain issues may be cleared in a couple of sessions; more deeply held, embedded, complex issues may require several visits over time.

How much does a session cost?
Free initial 15 min phone conversation to determine if I am able to hold sacred space successfully with you and you would like to work with me. I only work with clients whose healing I am able to facilitate; if I know I can't shift the energy underlying your issue, I will let you know immediately.

Package rate - 4 x 1hr session package (weekly, bi-weekly used within 2 months) $350
